I am a Optimal Performance Coach & Positive Psychology Practitioner with over ten years experience of coaching and training individuals in sport, performance & wellness industries. I have worked with people from all walks of life including doctors, elite athletes, parents, professionals and more.
My practice follows a humanistic coaching philosophy with evidence based interventions in positive psychology, high performance and athletic mental skill development, nutrition, wellness and exercise.
